Travel is built into how every production is planned, from destination brand campaigns to multi-day shoots on location. Flights, accommodations, and per diem are accounted for in every travel quote, so there's no guesswork on either end.
Every shoot is backed by $5 million in commercial liability insurance, and all aerial work is flown under FAA Part 107 certification. Documentation is provided in advance for any venue or property that requires proof before granting access.
Usage rights are scoped to each project — social and editorial use, paid advertising, and broader commercial licensing are priced and outlined separately based on how and where the content will run. Every quote spells out exactly what's included up front, so there's no ambiguity once the work is delivered.
